How do I approve/reject an agency bid?

Agency bids can be confirmed in exactly the same way that a bank worker would be approved for a shift via the approve and reject buttons on the shift. The only difference is that the breakdown of the total cost including the agency commission will be visible at the time of approving. An agency bid cannot be approved when there is a pending application from a bank worker.
