How do I cascade a shift to an agency?

You will only be able to cascade a shift to agency if it is within the predetermined time frame that your trust allows, for example 72 hours before a shift, and if there isn’t a pending application from a bank worker. If both of these conditions are satisfied then navigate to the shift in question through the My Shifts tab and click on the pencil icon. There will be a box entitled ‘Cascade shift’ where you will be able to click the share shift button (as well as put in a comment if you would like). This will then be sent to the Authoriser to review if this is set up for your Trust, or alternatively it will just be sent straight to the Tier 1 agencies.
