How do I see shifts that are pending authorisation to be cascaded?

Shifts that have been cascaded to agency will have a little purple circle next to them in the My Shifts table. The number on this circle shows which agency tier that this shift has currently been cascaded to. If there is a tick then it has been authorised to this tier but it is a question mark then this cascade is waiting for authorisation to go to the next tier. You can also use the filters at the top of the My Shifts list to filter for ‘Pending cascades’ and this will show all the shifts that are awaiting authorisation.
