How can I tell what grade a candidate has applied for?

On the My Shifts page of the dashboard, if you select the shift that you are interested in, this will pop down all the applications against that job listing. For each application, in the column titled ‘Seniority’ it will confirm the grade that the candidate has applied at. For ease, in the main job listing heading you can see the grade of the advertised shift under this same column. If this shift has been advertised at multiple grades, then this will show as the lowest grade.
