Will clicking on the unpublish button reject any candidates that have either been approved or have pending applications for this shift?

If you have pending applications or candidates approved for a shift, then you won’t be able to unpublish it. When you click the ‘Unpublish’ button on the listing you will get a pop up reminding you that you need to reject any candidates who have applied for this shift before being able to unpublish it. Once you have rejected the applicants, you should be able to unpublish.
