If there is an error on a listing you have two options:
1. Unpublish the shift – this will ensure the shift is no longer visible on the app. You can unpublish a shift by clicking on the pencil icon under 'My shift' page (‘Edit job listing’). Scroll to the bottom of the listing, and select the ‘Unpublish’ button. You only need to click this once to ensure the shift is no longer visible on the app. Note that if you have any approved or pending applicants for that shift, you will need to first reject them before you can unpublish it.
2. Edit the shift – this will allow you to edit any fields that may have been published incorrectly. You can edit a shift by clicking on the pencil icon under 'My shift' page. Change any details you want (such as salary, description or grade). Make sure that you click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the listing to update this. If you have any candidates who have submitted an application or have been approved for the shift, please email or otherwise contact them to inform them of the changes. Note also that if your organisation has an approval process in place for publishing shifts, this will re-submit the shift for approval.
