A candidate has completed a shift that was published on Locum's Nest but cannot apply to it, what can I do?

We can match the candidate to the shift retrospectively. Please email [e-mail] stating the candidates name, Professional Registration number, grade and the shift ID. We will then assign them to the shift and the candidate will be able to submit their timesheet for this shift. Please note that this should be done in exceptional circumstances only, not on a regular basis.
