In order to make sure that only candidates that are part of your staff bank or part of a Collaborative (if applicable to your organisation) are approved for shifts, you might not be able to approve a candidate if they do not have a relevant staff bank membership. If you believe this is in error, please follow up with your temporary staffing or staff bank management team to clarify. Once the candidate has completed your organisation's onboarding process, they can be added on your staff bank and you'll be able to then approve them for shifts.
