Can I pre-match more than one candidate for the same shift? If so, will I then decide which one to choose?

You can add more than one candidate under the ‘Got Someone in Mind?’ button when publishing a shift, even if there is only one position available. However as soon as the first candidate accepts the shift, this will be automatically approved and therefore the other pre-matched candidates won’t be able to accept the shift. For shifts with multiple positions available, it will be done on a first come first serve basis until all of the positions are filled.
