Can I recommend a candidate for a shift?

Yes you can. When you are publishing a shift, on the right hand side below the owl there is a button that says ‘Got Someone in Mind?’ (next to the section ‘Description and files’). If you click on this you will be able to search for candidates on your staff bank (by name or registration number) and click the add button to pre-match them to the shift. Once you save the shift, this will send a notification to the candidate that they have been recommended to a shift and allow them to accept your recommendation . Once they accept, they will automatically be booked in for that shift.
