If I recommend a candidate for the shift and the candidate accepts, do I still get the choice to decline their application?

If you recommend a candidate and the candidate accepts then their application will automatically be marked as ‘approved’. If however, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to later decline the application, you will need to follow the normal process of navigating to the shift, finding that candidate’s application and manually declining it.
