Can I highlight something on a candidate's profile for all managers to see?

You can do this by adding a note to the candidate’s profile and then flagging this note. This will mean that there is a little warning symbol whenever someone views their profile or reviews any of their applications for shifts. Firstly you would need to write the note, which can be done in two areas:

1. In the ‘General’ tab on the candidate’s Digital Profile
2. If the candidate is in the Recruitment Pipeline table on Passport Plus (not yet on your bank), then you can click to expand row with the candidate’s name in it and put the note here

Once you have written the note then you can click the flag icon (exclamation mark in a triangle) above it to mark it. You can click this again if you would like to remove the flag.

NB: This should only be used in exceptional circumstances and please remember that this is something that could, via GDPR, be requested to be viewed by the candidate in question.
