What does the coloured dot next to the candidates picture on their application mean?

This dot indicates the status of the candidate's staff bank membership. They are colour coded as follows:

Red – the candidate is not a member of your staff bank

Orange – the candidate has submitted an application to join your staff bank or the candidate is a member of another staff bank

Green – the candidate is a member of your staff bank
