The most likely reason is to do with the filters that you have selected. Please make sure that if you have a department and a ward selected, that they match. This means that the ward must fall under that department otherwise they cancel each other out. Alternatively it might be that that timesheet has been captured under another ward/roster. In this instance the best thing to do would be to remove all of your filters (so that you can see everything) and search for the candidate’s name or the timesheet number in the ‘Timesheets’ search bar. If this still persists, please contact us through the Help centre or email support@locumsnest.co.uk stating the details of the timesheets that you are trying to find and we will be able to look into this further for you.
