You can see any breaks entered by the candidate when reviewing the timesheets for approval, under section 3 - Duration Summary). If no break was taken this will be displayed as 00:00, otherwise it will be displayed in the format hh:mm (e.g. a 30-minute break would show as 00:30). You may alter this if this is in line with your organisation's policy - it is good practice to let the candidate know of any changes you may have made using the message function on the timesheet page. Any break deductions from pay (depending on your organisation's policy) will be visible in section 2 - Amount Payable.
