A candidate has uploaded a document but it isn’t showing up in the new documents table, why and how can I find it?

The ‘New document uploads' table will only show you those candidates whose staff bank membership status is ‘Under Review’ or ‘Received’. Documents uploaded by candidates who are already on your staff bank will not show up here.
