What happens if I select the start recruitment button?

When you select the ‘Start Recruitment’ button next to a candidates name in the Hot Recruitment Opportunities table, this will take you to the candidate’s staff bank membership request in the Recruitment Pipeline page. From here you will be able to navigate into the candidate’s profile and start your normal recruitment process. Once you have changed the status of the membership request away from ‘received’, for example to ‘under review’, then this initial button changes to ‘Recruitment Started’.
