I can see from the dashboard that a candidate has uploaded a new document but I cannot access it, why?

If another colleague at your organisation has already marked the document as ‘actioned’ then you won’t be able to interact with it directly from the main dashboard however you will still be able to see these documents by navigating to the candidate’s full profile under the Recruitment Pipeline tab.
