There are 4 main alerts that are shown in the alerts inbox:
- A candidate that has been approved for a shift but isn’t on your staff bank - or that of a Collaborative staff bank if you are a member of one
- If there is a change in the professional registration status of a member of your staff bank
- If there is a document on a candidate’s digital safebox that is going to expire in 30 days
- If a candidate who is on visa restriction is approved for a shift that breaches the maximum hours they are allowed to work for that week
Once you have undertaken the appropriate action for these you can remove the alert by click the ‘Mark as read’ button next to it.
