The first thing to check is that the shift was definitely converted from Rotageek. If it was a shift that was manually input into Locums Nest then it won’t update the shift on Rotageek because they are not linked.
If it is a converted shift the most likely reason is that the shift on Locums Nest is no longer linked to the shift on Rotageek. This will have been caused because there was a change in the shift on Locums Nest and it no longer matches the shift on Rota Geek, thus this disrupts the “link”. An example would be a change to start or end times. To correct this you need to adjust the shift on Rotageek so that it matches the adjusted shift on Locums Nest. This will cause it to connect up again with the shift on Rotageek. This should now display the approved doctor. Adjustments to shifts should always be made on Rotageek as this will automatically populate through to Locums Nest, not vice versa.
If this still persists then you would need to contact RotaGeek Support team.
