An error message about ‘Field being blank’ is coming up when I try to save a survey, why?

When writing a survey, once the ‘Next Question’ button is selected, then that question is permanently added to the survey. This error shows that there is a blank question within the survey, most likely at the end. If you don’t require this question, then please complete the mandatory fields (ie question title) to enable you to save the survey. You will then need to email [e-mail] and we can remove the surplus question.
